Health, Safety & Environment Policy We at Fab-Tech Works and Constructions Pvt. Ltd. are committed to provide safe working environment to ensure good health for all our employees to achieve injury and illness free workplace whether working at office, factory or Project sites controlled by us. We will provide all necessary safety gadgets, tools & tackles as required to make sure safety and health of our employees against any kind of hazards to which they are exposed to during the course of work.

We shall ensure similar safe working conditions/safety measures are followed, as applicable, by our sub-vendors at our Factory or Project sites.

We believe in “ACCIDENTS ARE PREVENTABLE”. “SAFETY FIRST, WORK MUST”. Our motto is “PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE”.

Fab-Tech strives to achieve these objectives by :

  1. Strictly applying our business values – Honesty & Respect.
  2. Following effective use of safe working procedures and practices for operation, maintenance, inspection and Emergency situation.
  3. Reviewing regularly and updating of systems and procedures.
  4. Training and validating Employees and Contractors on health and safety practices.
  5. Conducting all work in a safe manner and to ensure integrity of the assets, by providing Personal Protective equipment, tools and tackles.
  6. Auditing periodically internal and external work procedures and practices.
  7. Investigating all incidents relating to Health, Safety and Environment, including minor ones and near misses, followed by implementation/adoption of corrective measures.
  8. Identifying and evaluating health risks related to operations and carrying health check-up of our employees.
  9. Keeping abreast of latest international codes, standards and practices and adopting the same where applicable.
  10. Proactively communicating Environment, Health & Safety concerns with our Employees, Suppliers and Contractors.
  11. Minimizing the usage of Natural Resources and conserve them wherever possible.
  12. Reduce, reuse and safe disposal of waste generated at workplace.
  13. Creating and maintaining Green Belt at workplace to reduce the prevention of pollution of Air, Water & Soil.
